Meet the Team
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker practicing in Rapid City, South Dakota, with licensure in both South Dakota and Minnesota. For more than a decade, I have worked within diverse mental health systems focused on recovery, support, and long-term wellness.
As a Black Hills native, I enjoy many outdoor activities that the Hills have to offer, and now a new father, I get to bring my wife and daughter along on the journey. Together, we have 5 dogs, barn cats, and more farm animals on the way, so our life is always busy and never dull. We are deeply honored to get the opportunity to serve our community that we know and love dearly.
Austin Frybarger, PT, DPT, NCS
I have been a licensed physical therapist since 2021 when I graduated with my doctorate from Missouri State University. Since graduating, I have found a passion for pelvic health and neurology with special training in each area including becoming an ABPTS Neurologic Clinical Specialist in 2026. Whether it is urinary incontinence, pelvic floor pain, pregnancy, vertigo and dizziness, concussion, chronic pain, or musculoskeletal injuries, I approach treatment with a holistic mindset to support full recovery and support your individual goals.
Outside of physical therapy, the most important thing to me is spending time with my husband and daughter. We enjoy outdoor activities including taking our five dogs, and occasionally one of our barn cats, on a walk or playing fetch. In addition to outdoor activities, I also enjoy reading, baking when I can, and doing puzzles.
Being a Wyoming native, I have called the Black Hills home for over two years now and have fallen in love with the area. I am blessed to have the chance to treat the Black Hills community and look forward to supporting you in your wellness journey.
